Notes Owner name missing when note created via app

I am having an issue where notes that are created via the iOS app have no owner.  The same user can create a note via the website and it shows correctly.  We track these metrics heavily, and it is very important for notes to be reported correctly.  Any ideas?

 

*I realize it displays this way for deactivated users, but that is not the scenario here.

Hi @kinglake  I apologize, but I'm a bit confused here. Notes are are added to a contact record, which may or may not have an owner. Despite this, notes are not included in any metric (web or mobile). Could you expand further on what you are seeing, and perhaps include some screenshots of the issue at hand? I'll be happy to look further.
