Mobile application error log in message

SOLVE

one of my team members is facing diffucluty logging in their hubspot account on the mobile app and keeps getting this message, while I tried to log in with his credentials on my mobile app and I didn't get this message or any messages at all

we don't know what does trusted device means and he didn't get any code on his email

I’m sorry your team member is having trouble logging in. The "trusted device" message generally means that the login requires verification from a device previously used with the account. If they haven't received a code via email, they should check their spam folder or ensure their account email is correct. They can also try resetting their password or logging in from a different device. If the issue persists, we can further investigate or contact support to resolve this.
