Mobile Call Duration not recording

When I make a call from Hubspot on the computer two things happen, the call is logged with my notes and the call duration is recorded which shows up in reports

When I make a call from the Hubspot app it only logs the call with my notes. It doesn't track my call duration. So any work I do from the mobile app doesn't show up in reports.

How do I get the mobile app to track call duration when I make the call like it does when I make a call from the computer?
