Mobile App won’t remain logged on

We have a number of users on mobile devices and a number complain about the app logging of by itself. This causes frustration as each time they go to use it they need to log back into the app. 

 

Any suggestions ons on how to solve this issue?

Hey @Petrus can you make sure your team has the latest version of the app downloaded / updated and then let me know if you are still experiencing this roadblock?

I experience this as well.

I find the early release seems to be more stable.

Well, it's been almost 2 months later and I am facing the same issue. Since the last update I think about 2 weeks ago the app can't stay logged in. As soon as we close application and it has to start again it asks for login again.

 

Please fix this.
