Mobile App Signature Bug

There is a hug bug in the mobile app with properly formating our HTML email signatures we setup through our browser. The signature is sent correctly and displayed correctly if we send an email via a browser.

This is how my signature looks when rendered correctly and sent via a browser:

Now using the mobile app to email a contact this signature is all messed up and is not rendered correctly. Code is shown in some places insted of what should be displayed abobve. I used Hubspots own signature genration tool to make my signature. There is a bug in the mobile app and my company sigtnature is important to render correctly.


This needs fixed! Ugg!

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of how the signature looks when it is sent through the app? Additionally, is the issue specific to mobile to mobile views, or does the issue persist when the email is sent through the app and opened on a desktop? 


The more information, screenshots and details you can provide, the quicker we can work towards resolving this matter!

I have the same issue as this


I am no HTML expert but all it appears to be an issue loading icons side by side with links included

This is the HTML code I'm using, I started with the simple format and messed about until I got it working in preview and the desktop version.If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated

I'm having the same issue at my company. Our email signatures get all wonky on mobile.

How did yousetup that type of signature in hubspot?
