The new "lead" object and "prospecting" workspace are amazing additions to HubSpot. With sales teams being on the road most of their time, getting the leads (object) and the prospecting workspace part of the mobile app would be a huge benefit. Hoping to see these 2 added to the mobile app really soon!
Great news folks...this is now in BETA. Both the Mobile Lead Management 2.0 - Enhanced Experience and the ability to Create Sales Leads from Mobile. I've noticed some clients getting automatically opted in but you should check. Here are more details:
What is it?
We are changing how mobile sales reps can navigate and move leads from the HubSpot mobile app.
This new navigation experience aims to help reps reach their main prospecting goals (e.g., get more qualified leads, set discovery meetings) and indirectly improve the chances of closing more deals.
Why does it matter?
We're updating the mobile lead management experience with a new design and features because we want sales reps to be able to prospect from anywhere. These changes will make it easier to find and manage leads on your mobile device.
The new design aligns the desktop and mobile lead management experiences. This means you can create and manage your pipeline in the same way on any device, which empower you to be more productive from anywhere, whether you're in the office, at home, or on the go.
How does it work?
To get to the new leads management experience, go to the side menu or top navigation in the mobile app. The latter is only for the Sales home experience. Additionally, users can reach this feature via the newly integrated mobile guided actions homepage widget.
The following new features include:
Saved views:Predefined and configurable filtered views for more focused lead management. For example, reps can have a view of open leads, target account leads or those who had recent activity. By default, reps will land in an "All leads" view where they can see all leads through a selected pipeline
Multiple pipelines:Reps can now navigate leads across multiple pipelines when on the go, same as they do on desktop.
Board (Kanban) view:Change between list or board view (Kanban) to see the selected leads pipeline better. You can move across lead stages by just swiping left or right on the screen.
Quick filters/sorting:On a selected view basis, filter and sort leads by key properties to stay on top of what really matters at any time, from anywhere [Filters on Android only for now].
View non-assigned leads:For those reps or managers with the corresponding permissions, you can now view other reps' assigned leads across the different pipelines [Android only for now].
Who gets it?
Leads in the sales workspace is available to Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise seated users.

I agree so much! @hubspot needs to get this released now! They seem to only care about money. If they cared they would reply. I like to wish this comment would be seen by them but they just take a super high amount of money out of my account every month and no help from them ever. This should of been released on mobile the same day it was released!!! So 😡
Why is no one from HubSpot responding to this thread? It’s crazy that they have a prospecting tool that came out a few months ago, almost a year now, and the prospecting tool doesn’t exist on the mobile app. This is actually unacceptable for an app that costs so much, and with a tool we use so much, that it’s not available, really impossible.
I can't believe this doesn't exist. I had just assumed it was because I didn't have a sales seat. How's someone who uses the Leads Object supposed to work on mobile without this?
And it would be great to be able to create a lead in the App (especially when for example meeting new contacts at an event; scan the business card and immediately create a lead for that new contact to add additional notes).
This needs to be done by HubSpot ASAP! I'm a professional user and this is probly the most needed feature for everyone who uses HubSpot! Please update!
Fully agreed! We need these two - especially leads on mobile. My reps are often working in-person events, or taking clients out to meals and such. They need a way within the HubSpot mobile app to create a lead asap.
Pretty insane this doesnt' exist already. For the average sales person, most of your work is focused on leads, not deals. C'mon guys, this is expensive software.
