IOS - Fields Missing

Hi , 

i've installed the new app from appstore this morning and now , if i login as a Sales user , and i try to log a Call or Meeting is missing the field "Type" ( on friday was fine ) and in the Deal section , is missing the section related to the "Line Items" info ... is this a bug ?

Thanks for trying out those steps!

 

Have tried updating your phone to the latest version of its respective software, and downloaded the app again? 

 

If you are still experiencing this issue after trying the above step, can you reply with the following information, please?

1) Are you using the Android or iOS app?

2) Which iOS or Android version do you have?

3) Can you provide screenshots of the error you are seeing on your phone?

Hi , 

IOS version on iphone is 16.0 , Hubspot app version is 4.1.0 (4861)

There is no error displayed , the issue is : 

I've configured this value :

via web , my sales user can use it :

using the app , the field is missing :

before the last update i was able to see that field as described here :

Hi @MGrana,

 

We tested this on our end and we can view the custom meeting types when logging a meeting in the mobile app.

 

From looking at your included screenshot, it does look like meeting outcome is showing up, (I'm translating "risultato riunione" as "meeting result"), so it seems like you can see the meeting outcomes, but just not meeting types? Am I following this properly?

 

If you select that option, do you see meeting outcomes come up?

Hi @kvlschaefer i see correctly the Meeting Outcome ( Busy , Connected ... ) but not yet the Meeting type ( Quality Check , Recupero Documenti , etc ... )

Thanks for the additional information!

I'm not able to produce this on the HubSpot app version 4.2.0. I'm able to view my custom meeting types and outcomes.

 

Can you try to update your HubSpot app and let me know if that makes a difference?

Hi @kvlschaefer , actually i have the latest version of the app installed ( 4.3.0 ) but meeting \ call type isn't visible .. is there something else in the cofniguration pasrt that i can check ?
