HubSpot Mobile App Limitation - Searching Property Options

The mobile app's interface for creating a deal does not let you search through the options in a drop-down select property. 

Our organization has ~30 offices with ~7 orgs per office. Each organization is added as drop-down option to a custom property we require for new deals. 

Our users have to scroll through ~200 options because there's no ability to type text to filter the list of options. 

It's the exact same for HubSpot user lookup properties. These fields are worse because the list of HubSpot users is sorted based off when users are added. You can't search or sort the options to at least be alphabetical. 

Deal creation on the HubSpot mobile app is close to impossible unless users are willing to sift through all this data.
