How to trigger popup after call + call tracking on iOS?

Hi,

 

when we install the app for iOS there is different setting menu than on ANDROID. On Android you can activate the after-call popup, but on iOS you cannot activate this option.

So the question is how to make this functional? We've also activated CALLER-ID feature, but this did not help.

Tested on 2 up-to-date iOS devices. Is there some sort of problem with current version of iOS?
