Email tracking on smartphone - HubSpot Sales Tool

ab

Hello @nicolebrenner@BrettLanguirand

Does HubSpot Sales Tool when you connect it in your email also work (email tracking) on smartphones? When you receive or send an email from you smartphone is that email automatically logged in the HubSpot CRM?

Kind regards

Hi @ab, yes, as long as the forwarded/BCC'ed emails follow the general guidelines for logging and forwarding, you should have no issues with manually adding your BCC/Forwarding address to your emails on mobile! However, the emails will not be tracked, just logged.

Hello @MayPascaud

Thanks for the answer.

Emails sent from smartphone or received to smartphone are also not logged and tracked if you manually include in the email you HubSpot email address [your Hub ID]@bcc.hubspot.com or [your Hub ID]@forward.hubspot.com ?

Hi HubSpot Support Team - Manually adding the bcc address is very cumbersome for heavy mobile email users.  Our CEO sends up 300 or more emails a day.  We don’t find it to be a good or effective use of her time to be having her manually add the BCC to each emails.  Please advise if there is another solution to log emails sent from a mobile device.
