Delayed Notification in Mobile App

Hi, I'm getting delayed notifications of online chat in the mobile app. Only when the I get on my phone, does the notifications get through. The customer is long gone by then and this results in the loss of leads. I see a couple of posts in this community talking about that. Did you find a solution for them?

Delayed Notification in Mobile App

Hello @Traveo,

 

Currently, only users with assigned Sales Hub or Service Hub paid seats can be included in being assigned to a specific chat.

 

In your notification center, could you please ensure you have notification turned on for "New unassigned", this will ensure every new unassigned chat will get a notification to you. 

This setting applies for each individual user, so in your account, you will need to go to :

  • Settings
  • Notification
  • Select the Mobile app
  • Search for "chat"
  • Check if the option for New unassigned is on, if not turn on and save.

If this does not work, could you please delete your app and download it again, after that if this behavior still continues please let us know what version of Android is being used, and more details of what is happening after the tests above are completed.
