Create a note on mobile app

Hi there,

I'm using iPhone 7 and setting up Hubspot mobile app. However, I can not create a note for any contact if I use Hubspot mobile app. Is it not being supported?

If I use a Samsung phone, it works well

Even our company users can't see any notes on mobile.

The mobile app does not allow him to create or view notes.

Note permissions are enabled and are available on the web, But this problem occurs only in the app.

Is this problem solved?

If it's solved, please share the method.

Hello @nguyennguyen, I was not able to reproduce this behavior on my apple device. When going to a contact record and adding a note it is successfully saved.

Could you please follow up on the steps on this knowledge base here?

Hello @nguyennguyen, thank you for the update, could you please provide us screenshots of where this issue occurs on your end? It's while you are saving the notes it's not saving? It's giving any errors? Does this happen only for contacts or all contacts/deals/companies? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Notes on contact companies or individuals still cannot be seen on Android phone App. Makes the App little use.

This is a bug.

Go to the desktop version of the program, filters. Deselect all then select notes which needs to be checked, save.

Notes will now appear on the phone App.

Return to the desktop version and reselect ask the other fields you want to see.

Problem solved.

Developers need to fix default fields on install.

Actually, I can not find the "note" function on the iOS operating system. It seems that Hubspot has still not supported this function on iOS, right?
