Contact Import Failure

I'm running iOS 16 but also had tried to inport contacts using iOS 15.7 and I get a "Contact Import Failure" Message each time. Does anyone know how to address this issue or has a solution? I have not tried erasing and Re-Installing the app but that's likely whats next.

Hi Kristen,

I tried that option of erasing the app and re-installing to try an import. That, Unfortunately didn’t work either. Is there something else your aware of to try?

You are on the right track for the first troubleshooting steps 🙂

Can you try to erase the app and reinstall the latest version of it? 

Once it's reinstalled can you try to import the contacts again?

Thanks for reaching back out and trying those steps!

We recommend updating your phone to the latest iOS version if it's a possibility. 

Are you able to reproduce this behavior with iOS 16, or did you encounter this error only with iOS 15?
