Conditional Logic not working only on Mobile App

Hi,

I set up some Conditional status properties in my Ticket pipeline, so when a ticket changes to a certain status, specific properties will appear, allowing me to fill them out. Some properties will have conditional logic to show other properties.

This works fine on the desktop, but on the app, when the first property is filled, the dependent one doesn't.

Here's an example. When I change the Ticket status to "Not Viable", it will ask me the Disqualified Reason. If I choose "Case fit", it will show "Case fit reason". When I do that on the app, the "Case fit reason" doesn't show.

Tried the same thing on the Deal object, and it also doesn't work.

Please let me know if there's a way to resolve this issue.

When looking at this Idea “Conditional logic supported in the HubSpot mobile app” I can see that our product team has shared that conditional properties are currently available on the object creation form in the mobile app. However, applying conditional properties while using the "Property About" and "Property Edit" features is something the team is still working on.
 

It sounds like you’re hoping to edit a property, so I want to make sure I’m understanding you correctly, if that’s not the case, please let me know!
