Change which property you can show in the contact list on a company record on the app

When viewing a list of contacts of a company on the hubspot app under the association's tab, there is a list of contacts. By default the 'Company Name' is below the contact name in the list. 

When meeting with customers, it's often helpful to open the app and check the list of job titles of the listed contacts.

So, if there is a way to change the properties you can have under the contact name in the list on their company hubspot app page, that would be very helpful. e.g., change 'company name' to 'job title'.

To change the property displayed under the contact name in the list on the company record page in the HubSpot app, follow these steps:

1. Open the HubSpot app and navigate to the company record whose contact list you want to modify.

2. Under the "Associations" tab, locate the list of contacts associated with the company.

3. Look for an option to customize the displayed properties or columns. This feature may be accessible through a settings menu or an edit button.

4. Once you find the customization options, select "Job Title" from the list of available properties.

5. Save your changes.

Now, when you view the list of contacts associated with the company, the job title will appear below each contact name instead of the company name. This can be helpful for quickly identifying the roles of each contact when meeting with customers.

follow these steps:

Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to the Contacts section.

Go to the "Companies" tab and select the company whose contact list you want to modify.

On the company record page, locate the contact list section.

Click on the settings icon (usually represented by a gear or three dots) within the contact list section.

A menu or dropdown should appear with customization options for the contact list.

Look for an option related to "Columns" or "Displayed Properties" and select it.

In the properties settings, you should see a list of available properties that can be shown in the contact list.

Find the property you want to display, such as "Job Title," and select it.

Save the changes, and the contact list for that company should now show the chosen property (e.g., job titles) below the contact names.
