in the hubspot app when you scan a business card and you confirm the information is correct like the company and phone number. once you press complete it doesn't show the contacts phone number or associate it with the company they are part of, you have to go back in and edit those areas.
Before I had an issue with the contact user not being associated with the contact once the card was scanned now the phone number and company are not connecting once you scan teh business card in the app. I thought id bring up this issue so it can fixed as there must be a glitch somthere.

I did reach out to Technical support, and they said to read the community board or leave a note there for help, which i thought was strange. I told Sara Rodriguez that the issue is within the app and wanted to bring it to they attention and also if it was something I was doing wrong. because I cannot be the only one having this same issue within the app.
The business card scanner shows the phone number and company name that you have to check mark as a double check before you can continue, but once you press submit it doesn't add those 2 sections to that person profile.
So, if it is something my whole team is doing wrong then please let me know or if it is an issue with the app then I'm glad I mentioned something as I bet a few people are having this issue.
