Business Card Scanner - camera blurred

Hi, 

I got a new phone, a Xiaomi 13T, and now have an issue scanning business cards with the Hubspot app. I can't get the camera to focus on the card. It actually looks like the resolution is very low. I don't have problems with other scanning apps and also the QR scanner works fine. I just tried again on my old phone, a Samsung S21, and don't have any issue there.

Any advice on how to fix that?

Hi, I got the same problem.

Having a OnePlus Nord 2T 5G running OxygenOS 13.0

Scanner is blurred.

Any news on this issue ?

I wanted to share this snippet from this knowledge base article: The business card scanner feature is available on Android devices and iOS devices running iOS 14 or higher. 

Can you confirm if your Xiaomi 13T and Samsung mobile devices run on Android? 

If yes, can you confirm if your mobile device and app have been updated to the latest version?

Thanks for your reply. I can confirm that both phones run on Android 13, which should be the latest version. My Xiaomi phone is brand new and has just been launched last month.
