Hi all

I have cancelled an appointment in Hubspot online and it still shows in my iphone app as an appointment. Why are they not talking to each other?

This sounds like an issue of cache / refreshing. Have you tried closing and re-starting the app?

Just to confirm we're talking about the same thing: On the contact record in HubSpot (web app) you canceled a meeting. On the same contact record in the iOS app, this canceled meeting is still shown?

If yes, then this might be a bug. I'd recommend submitting a ticket through the iOS (More > scroll down > Get Help).

Yes, On the contact record in HubSpot (web app) I cancelled a meeting. On the same contact record in the iOS app, this cancelled meeting is still shown in the Upcoming Meetings on the 1st page of the iphone app

As mentioned in my previous reply, this might be a bug. I'd recommend submitting a ticket through the iOS (More > scroll down > Get Help).
