App not showing notifications.

Hi, newbie in the community. I have the hubspot app in my smartphone and i am not receiving any notifications. I am the super admin, but my boss has a normal user and he does not get notifications when i assign him a lead. Please help. I've already turned on and off all notifications setting in the smartphone app and in the hubspot website.
