Activity Feed not updating in the App

The app activity feed for myself and many of my users is not updating although activities are occurring. We have the email add-ins and the are logging within each contact etc however are not showing up on each users activity feed. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @becca,

 

Does this issue occur across mutliple wifi connections and through your mobile internet connection? Additionally, to confirm, the issue is specific to the app and the information is loading in the desktop portal? 

 

If so, can you please send along: 

1. Screenshots of what you are seeing in the app vs. in desktop

2. What version of the app you are working on 

3. What type of app (ios vs android)

4. What type of phone you're working on

Hi I am also experiencing some issues with the ipad app version of HubSpot where my activity feed is just blank. If I log in via my laptop or through chrome on my ipad the feed is working fine but nothing appears on the app version, and never has since I started using yesterday?
