Hubspot E-mail after posting lead into SalesForce API

We currently have a webform posting to: 

http://[www.oursite.com]/catalogs/?submissionGuid=33fea836-072b-46d1-9bf4-86765da675ff

When a form is submitted to salesforce, we are getting an e-mail from HubSpot with withe subject line:

Form submission on 'Unidentified Form (2017-01-05 22:49:03)' by user@domain.com via HubSpot

How do we stop those e-mails?

Welcome to the Hubspot Community @dyarom,

It looks like you have a collected form in your portal that currently has Email Notifications enabled.  If you log into your Hubspot Marketing Free portal, click on "Collected Forms" in the top navigation, and then toggle the "Email Notifcation" switch to Off, you should stop receiving thsoe emails.
