After I added the tracking code to my NextJS application (in order to get a live chat), it also added a box appearing after some time: "Book a free consultation with us". How do I disable it such that this box never appears? Many thanks, Mar Lire la suite

I would like to replace the soft shaowing around the borders of the live chat window and the live chat icon with a solid colour. Is this possible? I am using Squarespace and I am comfortable using CSS.
