Zoom Integration Error

Hi we are trying to set up automatic zoom webinar registrations from lists in Hubspot but are getting the following errors:

The webhook server returned the following error:

{"status":"error","message":"Received authentication error from zoom","correlationId":"c9afa388-840d-48d7-aff6-2fda5c6a8dce"}

Status Code:401

The workflow is as follows:

• List member is a member of
• Add contact to Zoom Webinar - using 982-9890-9308 as the format for the webinar ID

Any idea what could be causing thsi issue please? It worked fine for us in test last week

Hi @avenables 

That particular Zoom webhook error usually comes up when your Zoom integration is disconnected from HubSpot! Would you be able to head into Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps to check if your Zoom integration is connected alright? 🙂

Hi Jieyintan,

thank you for your reply. I managed to solve the issue - I had added the Webinar code in the wrong format - ie without ID: and dashes. Its working fine now.
