Zapier not picking up my HubSpot forms

Hi there,

I am using Zapier to create contacts in Autotask, so when someone completes my HubSpot forms on my website it triggers a zap to load the form details into Autotask.

However, the issue is that Zapier is not picking up some of my HubSpot forms. Not sure what is causing the issue, must I test all my HS forms first then Zapier will be able to identify them?

Hi @JPieters and @PamH ,

When you set up a Zap for a form submission, Zapier asks you to choose the form you want to use, so if you want to use form submissions as the trigger you will need to configure (and test) a zap for each form.
