We are trying to set up a workflow where an email notification will be sent to only me if a contact hasnt been contacted by us in 60 days.
I am having trouble getting the email notification to work and I think its because setting up the specify a date and delay are confusing to me. It will show me who is enrolled in it but the notification is the only trouble.
You would set this up in a regular contact-based workflow and enroll contacts when "Last contacted is more than 60 days ago", then (without any additional delays), you would add the "Send internal email notification" workflow action. That's it 🙂
Keep in mind that this will only work for contacts who have been contacted before, otherwise "Last contacted" is unknown. You can also enroll contacts where "Last contacted" is unknown, but I'd recommend adding an additional filter to that, e.g. "Create date is more than 60 days ago AND Last contacted is unknown".
