Wordpress plugin not working

When I am accessing hubspot plugin it is just a blank screen. I tried using it chrome, cleared cached, uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck.There we no changes made to the plugin.

Please find the attached screenshot. It will be great if you can help fixing this.

Thank you - It looks like ther is a conflict with the Youzer buddypress plugin which is fudemental to the site. we'd really like to kick start our inbound marketing at our college and this was going to be the test site. any ideas?

I'm having the same issue as well unfortunately and it's on Chrome, I'm using Worpress 5.5.1

Could you please test turning off any extension you have installed in your browser?

I cleared the cache, and hidden cache on chrome, upgraded to 5.5.1 on WordPress and resynced my libraries, and now everything seems to be working.

I know originally HubSpot required a special type of WordPress account, as that is what I was told was the original issue from HS support. But now everything seems to be working (after the above-mentioned steps for me).

Cleared cache, reinstalled hubspot for wordpress in firefox. Tried 3 different browsers. Updated everything still nothing. Just a blank page like the others

I am having the same issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and I still get a blank page for all of the hubspot features of the plugin.

Please help.

Could you please make sure you've followed the steps outlined here?

Also, could you please try to install the plugin from Firefox? I've found this workaround in this post in the Community that solved the issue for this user.

I did follow the steps. I am a bit confused on the wordpress business part though. I have hosting with Siteground and they install Wordpress directly on their server side.

If I am understanding this correctly, HubSpot won't work with a regular install of WordPress? Is that a permanent thing? Or is HubSpot going to resolve that?

Were you able to try with Firefox as @sharonlicari mentioned? Looks like due to cookies blocking this could be the cause.

Hi

I have run into this same issue. Upon my initial install, it worked just fine. Then a couple of days later I was looking at our frontend of our website and I noticed there wasn't the live chat icon. I went to open the settings in the plugin and it was just a white screen. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, private browsing, different browsers, everything and nothing seems to work. Makes me nerveous to move to Hubspot if the plugin is buggy or if no one knows what this is. I can give you screenshots, but it's a white screen, regardless of which option in the plugin you choose. The frontend livechat icon is gone so I am not sure how to even debug it myself.

It looks like it is happening more on Firefox than any other browser. I can access on chrome at the moment, but firefox is not working. Is it firefox extensions?

I turned off all add ons in Firefox and that fixed it. It looks like there is a conflict with one of the add ons.
