WordPress plugins keeps disconnecting

Hello,

The Hubspot plugin continually disconnects from ou WordPress website.  I reconnect the website and within a day or two, the " The HubSpot plugin is not connected right now. To use HubSpot tools on your WordPress site, connect the plugin now." message will be back again.  We are running the latest version of the plugin and this started happening in the last few weeks.  I see many other people have complained about the same issue and one solution was to roll back to version 10.2.23.  Do you have any idea on what is going on? It's quite annoying to have to constantly reconnect the plugin.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience regarding this.

I would like to apologize for the frustration this has caused.

1. Have you tried enabling third-party cookies?
2. Can you confirm that the app does successfully connect and work, but then disconnects at random?
3. Do you notice a pattern to the disconnect?

I have found a similar thread "Hubspot keeps logging out of Wordpress plugin" with the solutions from @kvlschaefer and @Ben_M that might be of interest.

I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.

The next time this happens, could you please send to the Support Team the following:

- Open the network tab and start capturing a HAR file then that would be helpful
- Also after capturing the HAR file, could you send us a screenshot of your options.php table? Specifically, we are interested in the entries in this table that are prefixed with leadin_. You can get to this if you remove wp_admin.php from your URL and replace it with options.php
Screenshot with the following data:
- Open the 'Console' tab in Dev Tools
- Type window.leadinConfig and hit enter.
- Click on the output to expand it.
- Take a screenshot of this and send it back to us.

Thanks, BérangèreL.  The "solutions" to the thread you linked to aren't really solutions.  The response by kvlschaefer is just asking for more details and the response from Ben_M again just explains how the plugin works and asks for more information.  

 

To answer your questions:

1. Have you tried enabling third-party cookies? Yes, I have cookies enabled. 
2. Can you confirm that the app does successfully connect and work, but then disconnects at random? Yes, as stated in my original ticket, I connect (or reconnect) the plugin and then it disconnects within a day or two later, randomly.
3. Do you notice a pattern to the disconnect? No, I have not found any pattern.
