I'm working on setting up an abandoned cart email workflow in Hubspot and running into an issue where the potential customer from our Shopify store is not getting assigned to the deal.
For example, when someone comes to our site, adds a product to their cart, moves to the checkout, enters their email in the "Contact Information" box, then abandons, that contact is created in Shopify and tied to the abandoned cart but, is not syncing to Hubspot.
The only thing that I can think of that might cause this is that we currently do not display the "Accept Email" checkbox at checkout.
Any ideas why the contact is not getting assigned to the Deal?

I can see that you currently have a ticket open with our Support team who are actively looking into this. I would encourage you to keep working with them as they have access to internal troubleshooting tools.
