Vonage Integration Fails to Connect

I've opened a ticket with Vonage for this tree weeks ago per HubSpot direction still no fix. 
The integration is with this extension :

All was working fine from July 2021 , through mid December when it began failing for some users and then ultimately all users are experiencing the same issue.  No changes to roles , users, rights etc within HubSpot.   Any direction I can provide to Vonage for a faster fix?

Same problem here. Vonage was no help.
