Urgent: Calendly "Meeting name" activity in Workflow
SOLVE
@a-cap-90 re-enrollment is not supported for associated objects, unfortunately.
The only way to work around that, currently, is by building a list of the same filters (active contact list filtering for contacts associated to activity where meeting name is X and where activity create date is less than 1 day ago).
Contacts will enter this list when the activity is created, leave it again after 24 hours. Re-enter upon booking the next meeting, leave it again, and so on.
You can then use membership in this list as a re-enrollment criterion in your workflow.
Keep in mind however that if a contact books multiple meetings in one day, the contact will still be in the list and re-enrollment won't trigger. That's simply a limitation of HubSpot at the moment, unfortunately.
If you found my replies helpful, please make sure to mark both as solutions. I'd really appreciate it! And let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
