Update campaign status in Salesforce without Workflows

Hi,

 

Is there a way to add a contact to a Salesforce campaign and/or update their member status in that campaign without using workflows? If we use a workflow for every campaign, we're going to max out our available number of workflows.

Thanks for that, but this is exactly what I don't want to do. I don't want to have to create a workflow for every single email I send out to flag in SFDC whether its been opened or clicked through. HubSpot tracks opens and clicks, so was wonder if it could auto pass through to the campaign in SFDC without a workflow.

 

Looks like there is no functionality for this, but would be great if it was built in somehow.
