Understanding Mapped attributes between Drift and Hubspot

Hello Everyone!

I am currently trying to map attributes between drift and hubspot. However, I am finding alot of difficulty.

First, we have recieved mulitple errors, as the mapped attributes I placed between drift and hubspot do correlate well together. My question is; how can I understand which mapped attribute from drift is compatible with the one on hubspot.

E.g Original Drill 1 - what mapped attribute can I place it on drift?

Please Help, I have been doing this for a while now, and cant find enough information to help.

Thanks,

Best,

Raya

Understanding Mapped attributes between Drift and Hubspot

Hi @RayaBajali ,

So based on the query, it looks like I would need to access their current mappings in order to help them better, I did find this KB article that would help us better explain Original source drill down properties:https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/what-do-the-properties-original-source-data-1-and-2-mean

That said, if you would be able to provide an example contact, I'd be happy to dig deeper into this for you.

Hope this helps!

Understanding Mapped attributes between Drift and Hubspot

Hi @RayaBajali

Thank you for reaching out.

I found this article from Drift that should help regarding the mapping between properties. If you're still having issues after that I'd recommend contacting their support here as Drift built this integration and they will be better able to help here.

Hope that helps.
Have a lovely day,
Tiphaine.
