Sync API limit

SOLVE

I am trying to sync all 100k values of the Lifecycle stage with the same field in SF. It is not allowing me to sync more than 8k to 10k values in one push. The error it throws is 'salesforce rate limit exceeded.' I see that I have more than 500k APIs available for 24 hours and I have only used around 30k APIs. What does the error mean and what's the best way to handle this. I want to push all values as soon as possible.

I use the sync now option everytime in the attached image.

Sync API limit

SOLVE

Hi @rulpats

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

After reviewing the information, The error SALESFORCE_RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED usually refers to the API calls used by the integration have exceeded the daily limit and this is when the error is displayed, usually after refreshing the page the error goes away since the information is being retrieved from salesforce directly sometimes it takes quite some time before the actual daily API calls are displayed in Hubspot properly.

You can manage this limit under Salesforce directly to prevent this message from displaying in the future by following this Salesforce API calls management guidelines.

Hope this helps,

Diana
