Hi Guys,

I'm facing issues with contact original source as it is showing as "This contact was created from Offline Sources from Integration" and "This contact was created from Direct Traffic from" even the contact has come from PPC or Organic. 

Could somebody helps me on this?

HI @Omi_Singh this would need more insights. 

Are these leads captured by forms? Are forms embeded in your website? Where is your website hosted? 

There are a lot of factors to have in consideration when analysing these scenarios.

Hi @CateDuarte Thanks for your response. Yes, these are Hubspot forms and embedded on the website.
