I'm looking into my company's eCommerce integrations and currently reviewing Shopify. We have it fully integrated with HubSpot and even have an abandoned cart and new customer welcome automated workflows going pretty well.
We have all the customer-facing notifications for emails and SMS (order confirmations, cancellations, shipping confirmations & updates, local pickup, and all customer account needs) automated and running smoothly.
My main question is what am I missing? Are there any gurus out there who see something obvious that I cannot? Any help is much appreciated.
