Shopify Abandoned Carts Integration Deals
Hi,
We have recently brought a shopify integration into hubspot and we are now seeing some abandoned carts coming into our deals which is great.
However the details of these deals is seemingly not picking up the best information.
It is classing the deals by there numbers rather than by the name of the customers.
I have attatched below what it looks like. We want the ones with the #24 to actually say the customers name to help us reclassify them moving forward. And if there was some details on the items abandoned in the cart that would be incredibly helpful.
