Our entire organization uses Calendly, which means when the integration is active, a lot of unwanted contacts are being imported into Hubspot. We only want certain users and certain calendar events to be synced. Is that something that's possible? Is there a best practice for this?
Hey @ChrisS14, if you need to control which specific events push over into HubSpot, you might want to use something like Zapier/Make. This is what we had to do.
The native integration with HubSpot <-> Calendly doesn't allow you to control which events are push to HubSpot. It's an all-or-nothing integration.
What @MrJustinGivens said. I'd just add that we at Outfunnel also offer a tight HubSpot - Calendly integration. Because we're focused on sales and marketing use cases only, most users find that it's easier to set up and use compared to generic integration platforms.
