Sandbox Refresh

Our two Hubspot sandboxes lack our production customizations. My understanding is that it's a manual lift for our sandboxes to match production. As a SFDC admin , I point & click to refresh our salesforce sandboxes ; so I"m hoping there's an easier way to update our hubspot sandboxes to mirror production. Is there a Hubspot  tool that we can install to keep our HS sandboxes updated? Thanks so much.

Hi, @eryan1230. It sounds like you're asking about refreshes of HubSpot sandboxes from production HubSpot portals. That's not something I'm familiar with, and wouldn't be able to speak to. The developer forums are probably better-suited to speak to this. There may be endpoints which can allow you to replicate portal settings, but the closest I could find was this, which isn't exactly the same thing.

I'm a SF admin, too, and as far as I know, there's no point-and-click deployment connections between production and sandbox on the HubSpot side. I thought individual test portals were unique unto themselves. Then again, that's not something I've really ever gone looking for before. Good luck to you in your search, but I think the structure you're looking for doesn't exist.

Does HubSpot have a Sandbox Environment?

Yes...it's the development portal. It's a free, enterprise level install of HubSpot that you can use. BUT... if you've got a highly customized production environment with lots of workflows and custom fields, you get to manually rebuild this in the dev environment. If that sounds like a good time to you, then you are in the wrong place.

We have a tool that copies the core of your production environment to the dev enviroment / sandbox in minutes.

Now you can get this environment "right" and when you are ready, push all new properties back to production.

Action - we built software to do this.
