Salesforce Reference Objects and HubSpot Mapping

Hello,

In SFDC, we referenced 3 fields from a custom object. In HubSpot, I created 3 dropdown select fields that match what's on SFDC. I am curious if we have a SFDC reference field that it will populate the HubSpot properties.

Open to ideas, suggestions.
