Salesforce Campaign Members not pulling through to Hubspot List

I created a campaign in Salesforce to identify clients who need to receive a product-related email (it was easier in SF than Hubspot to do it manually) and when I created a list in Hubspot to add them to my Marketing Email only 7 of the 18 are pulling through. All 18 exist in Hubspot and have the same campaign settings as the 7 that came through... why wouldn't the other 11 be in the list?

 

My setting in the list are:

Salesforce Campaign IDs has ever been any of Campaign Name

 

It only brings back the same 7 contacts in both Active vs Static list

Hi @k_intello,

 

Have you connected with HubSpot technical support regarding this matter? As this matter will require investigating settings and looking at specific contacts within your portal, I would recommend connecting with them if you haven't already.

Hadn't yet - I figured there was something simple I was doing wrong. I'll create a ticket.
