We are looking to add an SMS integration, so far I haven't found any provider that integrates with cutom object workflows which are an important use-case for us. Does anyone know if any of the providers support this?

Right now, I didn't saw native integration with SMS but maybe, with OPS Hub you can do something.
I read in the community that people talk about 1 way to build it, but I think they can be 2: 1) You have to Create an API integration with Just Call's (I read here that this works) or Aircall app (I'm not sure with this, but you can try) ; 2) Use a workflow to send messages in Whatsapp (I know, is not SMS, but it can be interesting)
Thanks @FrancescoMP I saw those community posts. The issue is that the content that needs to personlized in theemails lives in the custom object. So it is really important to be able to send the message to the contacts associated witht that custom object. Somewhat related, we would love to do the same with WhatsApp but that doesn't work with Custom object workflows either. Really frustrating.
