SFDC Integration Unknown Host Error Message

Yesterday our Salesforce team installed MindTickle. As part of that process, they ended up changing the domain name of our Salesforce instance. After this happened, our HubSpot-Salesforce integration broke and we are getting the following error message:

When we try to reauthenticate, it takes us through to this page: https://app.hubspot.com/integrations-beta/callback?code=aPrxzp43SUYOZpHHsgzkJOHOFaAq7LJBGuMqAZ1xRvtX...

But the page never loads.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, @Cotobe. You'll want to reach out to HubSpot Support for assistance with this. When you change your org from the default naming convention to a personalized URL, that can cause issues for the connector, as it's still trying to read and write to old URLs. I'm sure the support team and engineers have scriptwork that can clean this up, but I don't think there's anything you'll be able to do on your own to resolve this.
