Receive alerts whenever a new contact is added

Hi folks, I have a very simple query which I am not able to resolve so far. I want to have a track and alert of the new contacts/leads which are created/added in the Contacts Section. These incoming leads are mainly from the Facebook lead ads who are already integrated in our Hubspot account and synced whenever someone submits the lead form in the Facebook ads.

The problem is, we do not get any alert of it. We always have to refresh the contacts dashboard to see if there are any new entries. I tried adding Slack channel for it, or manunal notiifcation alerts, but no success. Please help us out!

You can do it through automation, follow the steps as shown in the screenshot.

Hi @roohanshah,

Facebook lead ad conversions sync to HubSpot as a form submission. In your HubSpot account, you should find a form that was automatically created, see here.

For this form, you can set up form submission notifications by following these steps.

No it is not working. The form notifications does not reflect to the automatically captured leads through FB leads, hence we do not receive any notifications whenever a new lead is captured from FB leads.
