Q: What's the cost of this integration?

A: Amplitude and HubSpot do not charge for access to the integration. There are some data export features that are limited by Amplitude at lower tiered plans. Features that involve HubSpot custom events are only available for HubSpot Enterprise accounts.

Q: What’s the cost of Amplitude?

A: Amplitude has 4 pricing tiers. Starter is our free tier and gives teams access to basic capabilities across the platform. Plus starts at $49 per month and scales up based on the number of users you have. We also have Growth and Enterprise packages for more advanced capabilities as well. Q: US data center in Amplitude is mandatory for Hubspot integration?

A: Amplitude does support EUDC for our HubSpot integrations.

Q: Is there a plan to introduce Active list to sync with Cohorts as opposed to just static lists

A: HubSpot and Amplitude product and engineering teams continue to partner closely on new capabilities to strengthen our integration. This capability has been raised a few times and is something we will consider in future roadmaps.

Q: Does HubSpot have templates for recommended workflows for best using this integration?

A: Not at the moment, but you can learn about additional use cases of how to best use the integration from the app's Feature discover tab, which is available once you connect the app. You'll find this by navigating to your HubSpot Portal Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps > Locate and select the Amplitude app.
