Problem with non-hubspot forms and mailchimp

Hello everyone!

We are developing a new homepage on our subdomain and will transfer it to our main domain. apparently, the non-Hubspot forms that were created with Mailchimp synch on our domain but not on our subdomain. Hubspot just creates new contacts that submitted a form on our main domain, did someone have a similar problem, and has a solution?

Hello @carinalinzer 

 

Could you please ensure that your subdomain pages are with the HubSpot tracking code installed on your external page? This way HubSpot will be able to collect non-HubSpot forms
