Permission Issue Connecting my HubSpot Account & my Facebook Account

Hello,

My company uses HubSpot and we recently connected it to our Facebook page/business account to run ad campaigns.  My personal Facebook account was created over a decade ago and does not use the same email address that I use for HubSpot at work. So when I try to use the Facebook Ad features in HubSpot, I get a message saying I need permissions in Facebook but my HubSpot account doesn't have a FB account and FB says I can't create a separate work account with them. My personal FB account has now been given Admin rights to our FB Page, Business Account, and Ad Manager but I'm still restricted in HubSpot.

Does anyone know how to get around this? I doubt I'm the first person to have to deal with this.
