Not Syncing: Deal not in Salesforce pipeline.

I've inherited a Salesforce > Hubspot migration but we're having a lot of problems. The main one being that a lot of deals don't seem to be syncing. I can't find a pattern but on the deal page under Salesforce sync, it says

Sync status:Not syncing

Deal not in Salesforce pipeline.

If anyone out there with experience of this integration has any idea what's going wrong here, I'd really appreciate the help!

I can see you had a ticket opened with the technical support team as Support is included in your subscription, and that the ticket has been solved. If you're running into more syncing issues with Salesforce I'd recommend connecting with our support team again as they'll be better able to help!
