No contact record found for some of the form submissions

Under the 'Forms' section , there are few submissions which showed 'No contact record" and we are unable to open the lead. Why this is happening and how to fix it?

Hi @DJain12,

Generally, there are two reasons why "No contact record" would show:

1. The Email field is not included and/or required on your form.
2. The contact associated with the submission has been deleted from HubSpot.

Could you confirm that you have the Email field on your form?
