Multiple Salesforce Tasks Created After Hubspot Marketing Email Delivered
Hi,
An email blast was sent via Hubspot (over 1000 emails). In Salesforce, it created multiple form submission follow up tasks for about 50 emails. We have a SF workflow set up for marketing form submissions, not emails being sent out.
Can anyone help in explaining why these SF tasks were created?

This has happened again. It is creating following up tasks in SF for existing contacts who are opening Whitepapers via an email sent from Hubspot. This is triggering a task creation in SF, which it should not. Can anyone help?
