Multiple Collected Forms

I am using HubSpot Free and Wordpress (with CF7 for forms).  Everything is working correctly, except all 6 forms on the website are coming into a single HS collected form.  From everything I read, this shouldn't happen...  For the life of me, I can't figure out how to have a collect form in HS for each CF7 captured form.  Suggestions are appreciated.

Sigh...  I have tried everything to get HubSpot (Collected Forms) to stop merging all my forms into a single form once it gets to the Collected Forms.  I think I've read every page twice about how to rename forms, etc, but nothing on why my Contact Form 7 and HubSpot are collating everything.  HELP! 😞
